Free first class if pre-booked    07909 898522 or 020 8390 9522

My classes are peaceful, calm and dynamic. They include postures (asanas), different breathing practices, meditation, and mindfulness, concluding with deep relaxation to the sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls, played live by me (Carolyn).

The variety of activities within each class creates a 'holistic' effect, stimulating and impacting both mind and body, encouraging (and surprising) students, as they gently find themselves exploring new areas and achieving new things. No two classes will be the same.

My aim is that students will leave each class having had a good stretch and also feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated, . I also hope that you feel it has been a good investment in your time, and both your short and long term health.

Beginners and more experienced students are most welcome.  Each student is encouraged to practise to the best of their ability - there is no competition!

Fees: Your first class is free, so you can decide if you would like to continue. Thereafter classes work out at £10.00 per class. I ask students to pay for 10 classes so I spend my time teaching rather than taking money. Fee is pro-rata if you join mid-block of classes.

I love yoga! I can’t imagine my life without it. It helps keep me fit, flexible, and more chilled.

My yoga teachers, who I trained and worked with, over a 17 year period, were taught by Mr B K S Iyengar. I loved the precision, technical correctness and postural alignment which reassured me that I was practising in a safe, secure and mindful  way.  It has helped me to build up my flexibility, physical strength and stamina and continues to make a major contribution to my health and well being, both physically and mentally.

Having run and worked in my own my own Holistic Health Care Clinic since 1988, I qualified as a Yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2002.

Apart from training in different styles of yoga, my work as a therapist and ongoing Continuing Professional Development gives me a wide range of knowledge, experience and resources, including anatomy and physiology.

Do contact me if you would like further information.

I look forward to meeting you
