6 mixed ability classes to choose from - mornings and evenings
each class 1.5 hours long

Beginners and more experienced students are most welcome.  Each student is encouraged to practise to the best of their ability - there is no competition!

Both Tuesday and Thursday evenings (2 separate classes each evening)
6.45 - 8.15 pm   
8.30 - 10 pm

Wednesday mornings (2 separate classes)
9.30 - 11 am
11.15 am - 12.45 pm

Welcome to my yoga website, my name is Carolyn - do come along and try a class for free, to see if it's what you're looking for.

I love yoga! I
can’t imagine my life without it. It helps keep me fit, flexible, and more chilled. 
I'm a very experienced teacher having obtained my Yoga Teaching  Certificate in 2002  having taken my first yoga class in 1969 with a most inspirational teacher.  Until recently I ran (and worked in) my own holistic Health Clinic (for 30 years) and have taught Complementary therapies and Yoga for local authorities..

Fees: Your first class is free, so you can decide if you would like to continue. Thereafter classes work out at £11.00 per class. I ask students to pay for 10 classes so I spend my time teaching rather than taking money. Fee is pro-rata if you join mid-block of classes.

My classes are peaceful, calm, dynamic, well-structured and varied. They include Yoga postures (asanas), Mindfulness, breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation.  Each class concludes with 15 minutes of deep relaxation to the sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls, played live by me.

The variety of activities within each class creates a 'holistic' effect, stimulating and impacting both mind and body,

My aim is that students leave each class having had a good stretch, activated much of their body and also feel relaxed and rejuvenated, . I also hope that you feel it has been a good investment in your time, and both your short and long term health


Parking is easy and free on site and in the roads adjacent to the hall, which is on the corner of Thorkhill and Ewell Roads, Long Ditton KT6 5LE.
