Fees:  Your first class is free, if pre-booked, so you can decide whether you wish to continue. We'll have a chat afterwards to see how you got on.
Thereafter classes work out at £11.00 per class. I ask students to pay for 10 classes so I spend my time teaching rather than taking money. Fee is pro-rata if you join mid-block of classes.
Missed Classes/erratic work schedule/other commitments?
No need to miss out!  You are most welcome to make up missed classes by coming to another class during that week or by coming  twice another week during the block of classes.  There are 6 classes to choose from (see above)

My name is Carolyn and I love yoga!  Having taken my first class when I was 19, I can’t imagine life without it. It helps keep me fit, flexible, more chilled and able to enjoy life more. As a senior yoga teacher with 30 years of clinical experience as a Holistic Therapist, I have a deep  knowledge of how best to plan my classes to support my students in a safe, enjoyable way.

My classes are peaceful, calm, well-structured and varied. They include Yoga postures (asanas), Mindfulness, breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation.  Each class concludes with 15 minutes of deep relaxation as I play my Tibetan Singing Bowls.

My aim is that students leave each class feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, having had a good stretch and that it's been a good investment in their health.

Parking is easy and free on site and in the roads adjacent to the hall.

Do contact me if you would like further information.

I look forward to meeting you.
