Beginners and experienced students are most welcome (ages 16 up)

Each class 1.5 hours

9.15 am - 10.45 am
11.00 am - 12.30 pm
6.15 pm - 7.45 pm

£90 for block of 10 classes, or pro-rata, depending when you start.

We can arrange a  30 minute Zoom, 1 to 1, 'free' taster session, prior to you joining your first on-line class.

Wishing you good health and peace

My name is Carolyn and I'm a very experienced teacher, with 30 years clinical experience as a Holistic Therapist. I aim to provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where you can support your health and well-being.  I have a deep  knowledge of how best to plan my classes to support my students in a safe, enjoyable way.
 
My classes are peaceful, calm, well-structured and varied. They include Yoga postures (asanas), Mindfulness, breathing practices (pranayama) and meditation.  Each class starts with a calming guided visualization/breathing practise and concludes with deep relaxation.

My aim is that students leave each class feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, having had a good stretch and that it's been a good investment in their holistic health, i.e. physical, mental and emotional well-being.

 
 I love yoga and find it so supportive in my life. 
 
Having taken my first class when I was 19, I can’t imagine life without it. It helps keep me fit, flexible, more chilled and able to enjoy life more.

Classes on both Tuesday and Thursday evenings (2 separate classes each evening)
   6.45pm - 8.15 pm   
8.30pm - 10 pm
and
Wednesday mornings (2 separate classes)
9.30am - 11 am
11.15 am - 12.45 pm


Classes run throughout the year, apart from the Christmas/New Year break.
