Yoga Retreat Days

A peaceful, nurturing day for you to stretch, relax and recharge your batteries in a supportive, calm environment.

Programme for the day (with approximate timings)
9.45       registration

10.00     pranayama (breathing practise/visualization) and asanas/postures - please request any favourites

11.30     tea break - drinks and nibbles provided

11.50     Sound Bath - lay snuggled in  your blanket/sleeping bag and experience the sound of my beautiful 'sound healing equipment', including my large, frosted crystal bowls, clear crystal bowls and beautiful Chinese 28" gong, which produce amazing, sometimes almost primordial sound.  I find this a deeply relaxing, regenerating and unique experience.

12.30     lunch

1.15       relaxing, nurturing, informative surprise! (differering with each new Retreat Day)

2.00       asanas/postures

3.15       Sound Bath - similar to above, but a different experience, using different equipment and producing different sound.

4.00       Farewell
