Yoga Retreat Day in aid of Haiti appeal, held in March 2010

A peaceful day for you to stretch and relax in a supportive, calm environment.
The day will include:
- a Yoga class at each end of the day
- Deep relaxation
- Pranayama (breathing practises)
- Sound healing from crystal singing bowls
