  • Mental and Physical health: I have long standing physical and mental health problems and have recently decided to try yoga. By the end of the class I felt so much better - I had more energy, felt alert, refreshed and 'alive' - all a far cry from how I felt on waking. Yoga really made a huge difference and I intend to keep attending the classes as they give me a 'feel good' factor by the end of them.

  • Achilles’ I have always been plagued with tight ham strings and sensitive Achilles’ which have often hindered my passion for playing football. Since joining Carolyn’s class I have noticed a marked improvement. The stretching has achieved wonders and all without the need to resemble someone who has just taken a shower, fully dressed! The atmosphere is friendly and calm, yet dynamic. I always leave feeling refreshed and happy.

  • Hips:  I have noticed that the stiffness in my hip has gone since we have been working on 'opening the hips' for the last few weeks - thank you!

  • Knees:  Before I started yoga with Carolyn my knees were often painful, however since starting the classes they had been no problem.  I’ve been away on holiday, so no yoga, and my knees have started hurting again.

  • Pregnancy: Yoga definitely kept me fit, flexible and relaxed up to the end of my pregnancy and I'm sure the benefits have continued through the birth and recovery. Thank you for all your support and encouragement. I will definitely be returning to yoga in the very near future but for now I'll concentrate on family life. B
